Brewmast Yoga and Beer

Stretch, sip, and slow down at Brewmaste: Yoga + Beer at Bayou Sarah Brewery on Saturday, July 11, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Join Mindy and Feliciana Fitness for an all-ages, family-friendly yoga class in a relaxed brewery setting. The class is $10, participants should bring their own mat (a limited number will be available), and the first beer after class is just $1. Come enjoy a morning of movement, community, and great local brews.
