Enslaved Life at Rosedown

This is an overview of the history of African-American enslavement, specifically in Louisiana, followed by a more detailed look into enslaved life at Rosedown. The program, in recognition of Black History Month, will begin at 11 a.m. at the carriage turn in front of the main house. Regular site fees will be charged, but no extra charges for the program itself. Normal entrance fees are: adults (ages 18–61): $12; seniors (ages 62+): $10; students (ages 4–17): $6; children (3 and under): free.
